Fruit smoothies with cereal a wonderful idea for a nutritious breakfast!
What do you need?
Cereal - 3 tablespoons
Milk (hot) - 300 ml
Banana - 2 pieces.
Kiwi - 2 pieces.
Strawberries (can be frozen) - 4-5 large berries
Grated chocolate - 2 teaspoons
Honey - to taste
How to prepare?
Cereal pour hot milk and let stand for 15 minutes, until taking a shower.
Fruit peel, chop, add honey and cereal with milk and blend blender until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with grated chocolate and enjoy :)
