Lemon: 3 in one! Tones, and strengthens vitaminizes.

* With a lack of vitamins, especially in spring, enough to drink at night 1 cup of hot water, which dissolved and the juice of 1 lemon 1-2 tsp of honey.

* Vitamin infusion.
Pour 4 cups shredded pine, spruce or fir needles 600 g of cold water, add the juice of 1 lemon, and insist in a dark place for 2 days, stirring occasionally. Take 200 ml per day.

* Lemon as a tonic.
Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and honey and 1 tablespoon of vegetable (preferably olive) oil. Drink on an empty stomach. The simplest energy drink.

* Tincture of lemon peel.
50 g lemon peel pour 250 ml of alcohol and insist 10 days in a dark place (shaking occasionally), then strain. Take 10 drops 3 times a day before meals as a sedative for nervous diseases, fainting, as well as an analgesic for acute rheumatism, gout and lumbago (lumbago).

* In severe weakness and nervous exhaustion.
4 lemons peel mince; add 200 ml of the juice squeezed from fresh lemons, 200 ml olive oil, 15 drops of finished pharmaceutical tinctures of Valerian and hawthorn, 1 ml of camphor and 15 drops of peppermint oil. All thoroughly and take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day before meals.
